I&amp;#39;ve used that brand from TJ&amp;#39;s for Chevre a couple of times with great success... What went wrong on yours?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Though I must admit that you&amp;#39;re probably better off with fresh, raw milk from the local guy, anyway...  :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Side note: I&amp;#39;ve gotta find a good local source. Especially once it&amp;#39;s been in the fridge (when it&amp;#39;s cold it seems even richer).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And I&amp;#39;m not really sure what benefit the Baking Soda adds, either.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh, and I&amp;#39;m thoroughly jealous that you&amp;#39;ve got raw goat&amp;#39;s milk!
